<li>Fate
cuocere per circa 40minuti, fino a che l'acqua non sia evaporata quasi
totalmente (i piselli dovranno rimanere con un "sughetto" di circa 2
cucchiai).</li>
<li>Ora fate soffriggere con poco olio l'aglio in granuli in un padellino e versateci 150gr di tonno sgocciolato.</li>
<li>Fate soffriggere il tutto per pochi minuti, facendo insaporire per bene il tonno.</li>
<li>Ora aggiungete i piselli con il loro sughetto.</li>
<li>Fate
cuocere la pasta in acqua salata e a fine cottura versate 1 cucchiaio
di acqua di cottura nel soffritto con tonno e piselli.</li>
<li>Scolate la
pasta, versatela direttamente nella padella del tonno con i piselli e

un recipiente la farina di ceci e diluitela a poco a poco con 1 litro di acqua,
facendo in modo che non si formino grumi. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Salate e lasciate riposare per un
minimo di quattro ore (si può lasciare così anche per tutta la notte). </span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Trascorso
questo tempo si sarà formata in superficie della schiuma: levatela con un
cucchiaione o con il mestolo forato, poi mescolate bene il composto. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Dopo le
ore di posa, quando state per informare, aggiungete al composto 1 bicchiere di
olio extravergine di oliva e mescolate.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;"> Ora versate in una teglia molto ampia
(io l’ho ricoperta di carta forno) un piccolo bicchiere di olio, ungendola
perfettamente e rovesciate in essa il composto e rimescolarlo con un cucchiaio
di legno, sino a quando l'olio sarà stato interamente assorbito dalla farinata.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Infornate
in forno già caldo a 200°. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">La farinata sarà pronta quando avrà preso un bel
colore dorato. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small;">Servirla bollente, spolverizzata di sale e pepe e tagliata a pezzi.</span></li>
